We are very active in the Artery Business Committee Transportation Management Association, a group of employers and developers who have come together to help reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality in and around the city of Boston. In that context, we have supported telecommuting programs and promoted bicycle and pedestrian promotions. We offer significantly reduced monthly parking rates for participants in the CARAVAN commuter vanpool program. We are also supporting Zipcar car sharing. Rentable by the hour, Zipcars could have a significant positive effect on traffic congestion and air pollution.
