NewGen Strategies & Solutions

NewGen Strategies & Solutions, LLC is a management and economic consulting firm specializing in providing professional services to public and private sector utilities. Originally founded in April 2003 as J. Stowe & Co., LLC, the firm reorganized under the name of NewGen Strategies & Solutions, LLC in September 2012. The reorganization complemented the firm's launch of a national consulting practice, which up until September 2012, had been a regional practice primarily in the State of Texas. With the reorganization, the firm was comprised of five founding members, Jack Stowe, Joe Mancinelli, Chris Ekrut, Tony Georgis, and Nancy Hughes. NewGen immediately opened offices and commenced operations in Denver, Colorado and Seattle, Washington to complement the existing Richardson and Austin, Texas offices which had been J. Stowe & Co. In the first quarter of 2013, NewGen opened its Nashville, Tennessee office and in summer 2013, the Amarillo, Texas office was opened. Today, NewGen has approximately thirty-two employees in seven offices nationwide. Collectively, the founding members of NewGen possess in excess of one hundred and fifty years of consulting experience. This experience has been acquired while members of recognized national consulting groups such as Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte Touche), R.W. Beck, Inc. (now SAIC), Navigant Consulting, Inc., and CH2M Hill. The guiding principles of NewGen and its predecessors is the provision of consulting services with foresight, incorporating emerging technologies assuring clients of the highest caliber of consulting services.
