Nextevolution AG is a Germany-based company, principally engaged in the information technology (IT) and telecommunication sectors. The Company provides consultancy and solutions that cover the entire lifecycle of a business solution, from consulting in the design phase through implementation to administration and management during the operational phase. Its emphasis is focused on enterprise content management (ECM), enterprise resource management (ERM) and business intelligence. Nextevolution AG targets mid-cap companies, as well as corporations. It is divided into four business areas, including Enterprise Content Management, Financials and Business Integration, Technical Integration and Real Estate. The Company operates through seven offices in Germany and one in Austria. In 2007, it acquired Centrum fuer Ertragsoptimierung AG (CEO AG), active in the real estate sector, and BGS Beratungsgesellschaft Software Systemplanung AG (BGS AG), an information technology (IT) service provider.
