Next Generation Enrollment

Next Generation Enrollment, Inc. (NGE) was founded in February, 2004 by Bradley Taylor. Tom Bone then joined the company in 2005 as NGE's Chief Administrative Officer. The idea behind NGE was to provide the same level of benefits administration services, such as a call center, bill reconciliation, COBRA and FSA administration, to small and medium sized employer groups as was available to large employers. For the first several years, NGE operated a propriety benefits enrollment system and supplied it as well as our suite of benefits administration services to a variety of companies in and around Michigan. In 2007, NGE also began to offer a new service, Dependent Eligibility Audits. This new line of business allowed NGE to start expanding our services to clients around the country. Because of this increased growth and the additional needs of our clients, in early 2011 NGE made the decision to partner with PlanSource as our new benefits enrollment system provider and replace the proprietary system we had been using to that point. NGE continues to grow at a very fast pace and now provides benefits administration services, COBRA administration, FSA/HRA/HSA administration, and Dependent Eligibility Audits to clients ranging in size from fewer than 50 employees to over 38,000 employees throughout the United States.
