Founded in 2007, The North Georgia Network (NGN) is a non-profit company that is building and managing a 260-mile fiber optic transport network to deliver broadband access to thousands of businesses, public and community institutions and households in North Georgia. The network is part of a regional economic development initiative to spur job creation by enabling start-ups, expansions and relocations of technology-reliant businesses.
