Neighborhood House
Founded in 1906, Neighborhood House is one of the oldest social service agencies in the Puget Sound region. In response to a growing low-income community in 1941, it began providing self-sufficiency and support services for families moving to Yesler Terrace. It continues to provide these services to address the needs of entire families, with a focus on low-income community members, public housing residents, immigrants and refugees. Neighborhood House is based in Seattle, Washington.
