Originally founded in 1985 as a two-physician practice, Niagara Family Medicine Associates has grown to become the largest primary care physician group in Niagara County. Niagara Family Medicine Associates has roots dating back to 1954 when Dr. Melvin B. Dyster, our senior partner, began practicing in Niagara Falls. We have since achieved a reputation for excellence in medicine through a long tradition of providing quality, personalized care to a group of patients which now numbers in excess of 25,000 and through a mission which has articulated commitment, service, and pride in the community. All of our physicians are Board Certified, and Niagara Family Medicine Associates offers a broad spectrum of health services, ranging from women's care to pediatrics as well as adult and elderly care. We offer two convenient locations in Niagara Falls, NY and Lewiston, NY; and retain primary hospital privileges at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center in Lewiston.
