Nicrometal SA makes up a group of companies which offer a comprehensive service to enterprises in the field of management of waste generated in the course of production processes. In 2000, the idea to found the Company was to supplement the activities of Nova Trading - the leader in the Polish market of stainless steel distributors - in the field of steel waste recycling. Starting from audits, through procedures drawing up along with documentation in the field of recycling in accordance with applicable legislation, to waste collection and recovery, Nicrometal SA sets new fields of activity, with a view to close recycling processes of the subsequent types of industrial waste within its own business and that of companies belonging to Nicrometal Group - Kompania Recyklingowa sp. z o.o. and MRJ Metal Recycling sp. z o.o. Continuous endeavours to offer the highest quality services and to implement projects in accordance with the legal requirements for environmental protection, have been crowned when in 2006 the Company was awarded the certificate, confirming that its Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2006 (now adapted to ISO 9001: 2008 ) in the field of recycling and sales of high-alloy steel, aluminum and other metals. In this scope, Nicrometal operates based on the Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2004. In early 2010, the desire to participate actively in shaping the business relationship has brought about the effect of the Company being admitted as a member to the Chamber of Commerce for Non-Ferrous Metals and Recycling - an organization, representing the interest of its members before the central and local government, national, international organizations and associations.
