Nine Dot Connects has a business model that we believe is unique to the industry. We have fully embraced the concept of a virtual office, allowing us to provide professional engineering talent in the industry without having to be restricted to a single building or geographical location. This allows us to attract the best talent while managing our costs so that we can offer top tier engineering services at reasonable prices. Our organizational roots are in the EDA industry, in particular, as a VAR (Value Added Reseller). Our team members have been designing hardware and/or working for various EDA companies long enough to understand that the typical customer has seen "VARs" often fall short of delivering the "Value" portion of the term. That said, we aren't a "VAR", we are a "Design Implementation Partner." With a focus of providing "Value," we applied our collective experiences in various fields of electronics such as design, manufacturing, and EDA to identify process gaps in conceptualizing, designing and manufacturing electronics that involve PCBs. We then set out to fill those gaps where we could reasonably do so. As a result, we have naturally grown into an organization that provides interrelated design solutions, training and services to de-risk our clients' electronic design efforts. We see ourselves as a technical expertise organization first and foremost. In addition, our sales/marketing personnel have have decades of experience working with hardware engineering groups in addition to experience in the EDA industry. Rather than being focused on selling a specific design solution, we are interested in understanding your design process. We believe in a long-term, mutually beneficial business relationship with our clients where we provide multiple solutions and services as needed over time. We are not a public company driven by quarterly quotas, so we have the luxury of putting our clients first rather than being pressured to get "deals" done in the short-term. Our design team members without exception are very experienced and are tier-1 electrical engineers and/or PCB Designers. Our team is top heavy on technical members with technical experts out numbering sales/marketing by 3 to 1, which is a clear indication of our focus and intent. Nearly all of our team members regardless of functional area have in excess of 20 years in the electrical design domain. What does that mean to you? It means that we are here to assist in "de-risking" your projects, minimize schedule and cost overrun, and to ensure your project success.
