Nineteen48 specialises in ethically-sourced gemstones from Sri Lanka. We offer our customers high-quality, Sri Lankan sapphire and ruby, as well as a wide range of other gemstones including alexandrite, aquamarine, garnet, spinel, amethyst, tourmaline, citrine, zircon, peridot and topaz. We sell to private and retail customers, both in the UK and overseas. We supply everything from individual gemstones to large quantities of gems for wholesale or retail. Working with carefully selected partners in Sri Lanka and the UK, we provide a competitive and affordable service to our customers, as well as a fair return to our partners. However, we are not simply another gemstone dealer. Nineteen48 is a commercial venture with a strong social conscience. We contribute to the ongoing development of Sri Lanka by supporting charitable work within Sri Lankan communities. In particular, we focus on projects related to children and education. We believe that by investing in the younger generation, we can make a real difference to the future of Sri Lanka.
