With this background, we have kept growing steadily by expanding our business category even in the strict circumstances of economy which could not reach to the nationwide recovery promptly and in the past large scaled disasters. To realize our business strategy, experts with professional knowledge have designed the total logistics solution by making full use of advanced IT (Information Technology) and improving method, and appropriately trained staffs have established the structure to implement it. We continue making our efforts to establish the higher quality SCM aligning with customer requirements by proactively making substantial investment to upsizing of logistics facilities, construction of smart logistics with utilization of IT, employee training and as such. Moreover, we are targeting to provide the high quality 3PL services by precisely catching the demand in EC market expanding year by year. On the other hand, the world economy has been shifting its focus of attention more and more to Asia, especially China has been significantly growing to huge market in transaction amount with 40% share of world market by expanding EC business. We have put our eyes on the market of China for recent several years. We have branched out in Shanghai, China and in 2012 new logistics facilities were completed and started full operation with a warehouse of 34,000 sq. m. floor space in 33,000 sq. m. of land. In 2014 we have affiliated I.F.S. Corporation, mainly handling the forwarding business, as a group company, and established a new company in Hong Kong. Furthermore, we established a new warehouse in Kunshan, China in 2018 where many Japanese companies have been expanding their business. In 2019 absorption-type merger of I.F.S. Corporation will take place to strengthen our international department and we would like to seek our business opportunity in Asian market in the future.
