Nirakara Lab

since its foundation in 2009, nirakara has provided training programs in universities, interventions for different groups, clinical interventions in hospitals, workshops for professionals, in-company interventions with a student base of more than 20,000 people. the main activity is carried out in the facilities of the somosaguas campus of the complutense university in madrid. it has or has had collaboration agreements with the universidad autónoma de madrid, universidad politécnica de madrid, brown university (providence, usa), stanford university (california, usa), and the university of massachusetts (usa). we also develop postgraduate and doctoral programs at the complutense university of madrid (ucm) in the field of mindfulness in clinical and health contexts and research. we help companies to better understand "their intangible layers": the state of motivation and health of each individual in the organization and the interaction between them. using our own methodologies, we mod
