Nišekspres

We started as the passenger transport company, with ten old trams and seven buses. Today, after more than sixty years of continuous development, Niš-ekspres is one of the largest passenger transport companies in the region. With a fleet of 350 buses and coaches, we cover numerous destinations in Serbia and abroad. T he fact that makes us very proud is that most of our vehicles are our products. The average age of our fleet is six years. We started our NIBUS product line in 1996. Since then, several types of coaches, city and local buses have been produced in Niš-ekspres workshops. Our efforts to improve our fleet and thus the quality of service were recognised both by the public and by the institutions. In 2006, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and the economic daily Privredni pregled presented Niš - ekspres with the Best of Serbia Award for introducing a new product - NIBUS 400. The decision to award our company was based on the fact that NIBUS 400 was the only coach manufactured in Serbia with internationally recognised Vehicle Type Approval. In 2008, Niš-ekspres underwent an ownership change. On November 17, the process of privatisation was completed - the consortium consisting of Nis-ekspres employees and Delta Real Estate bought Niš-ekspres. Our mission has remained the same - further modernisation and improvement of our fleet and providing high quality service to our customers. N iš-ekspres is well known for its reliability in passenger service, but the company also provides a number of other services for its customers: vehicle maintenance and repair, vehicle registration and insurance, travel agency.
