I spend my summers playing golf and occasionally caddying and winters are all about helping people have amazing holiday experiences. Over the years, small owner operator companies have evolved into larger organisations and in the process the customer experience has suffered. Our commitment is to remain small so that we are always heavily involved in the whole process of helping you to have the best experience you can. We don't have departments. We don't have marketing teams, guest service teams and sub managers. We have a small dedicated team of locals who will do anything required to ensure you have a great time. We feel that a great holiday is about a connection with the people and the place, understanding Niseko through the eyes of a local.
