NLC has selflessly served the nation whenever faced with a crisis like situation. The organization suspends its routine business to fully concentrate on its primary role of crisis management. NLC has made valuable contributions to address logistics crisis whenever it surfaced in any part of the country. Since its inception, NLC has been frequently employed by Government to tackle challenges which it met successfully. NLC provided critical logistics support to the national and international relief agencies during Earthquake 2005, IDPs Crisis 2009 and Floods 2010. Besides relief operations, NLC played crucial role in resolving crisis like, Wheat Crisis in1985, 1988 & 1996, POL Transporter's Strike in 1983, 1991 & 1995, Water Crisis in Islamabad in1994 and GCP Strike in1995 etc.
