Noon Whistle Brewing is founded by three lifelong friends who share a passion for great beer and great company. Now, we want to share this passion with you. our idea started three years ago when Paul enrolled at the Siebel Institute and took the first step into professional brewing. Paul had been in the beer industry, working for a local distributor for 7 years. but he knew his passion was in brewing.
