Established in 1991 with a focus on designing and manufacturing maternity jeans, Noppies was so named based on the nick name 'Nop' of its founder Norbert Mutsaerts. The company has since grown to become one of the largest international players in the field of maternity fashion wear and baby clothing with its ranges today sold in more than 2000 outlets in 55 countries around the world. In addition to Noppies' own branded range, the company also designs and distributes maternity clothing traded under the Esprit label.
