Norcon, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Jeff Jozwiak and Charles Norwesh, both veterans in the industry from large Chicago construction firms. The company has grown to a full time staff of over 65 individuals managing approximately $100 million of work in place per year. Norcon couples the experience and management capabilities of a larger firm with the personal attention and service of a smaller firm. We focus on our clients' needs and their unique project requirements throughout all phases of the work. Our clients also benefit from the direct involvement and oversight of the principals of the company.
