Our principal focus is on the Nordic &a; Baltic countries as well as Russia and we evaluate our investment prospects from a long-term perspective of not less than 10 years. We currently have a substantial real estate portfolio in Russia, all three Baltic countries and Finland, as well as operating businesses in Latvia and Lithuania. Our main offices are situated in Riga, St. Petersburg and Stockholm, as well as local offices where our properties or business are located. The NBP Group is looking to expand its business primarily within the retail property sector in Russia, as well as within the Baltic office and logistic property sector where our in-house property and asset management expertise can provide added value.
