Nordic Trustee manages third-party contractual rights on the basis of individual assignments. Our core business is to offer trustee services to bond investors. The Group operates in Norway (Nordic Trustee ASA), Sweden (Nordic Trustee & Agency AB), Denmark (Nordic Trustee A/S) and Finland (Nordic Trustee Oy). Nordic Trustee is the leading supplier of trustee services in the Nordic region and has played an important role in the securities market for over 20 years, with close to 2,300 active assignments to the value of more than NOK 1100 billion. Nordic Trustee provides electronic solutions for the supply of securities information for the Nordic market for interest-bearing securities through its subsidiary Stamdata. Nordic Trustee offers assistance as a listing agent, security agent, payment agent and process agent. Nordic Trustee also takes on assignments as a neutral trusted third party outside the area of securities, including trustee services within the pension market, source code escrow and as a business manager. Nordic Trustee is owned primarily by Nordic banks, life insurance companies and securities brokers.
