NORFOLK CORDIAL

Capturing the tastes and hues of the fruits and flowers of the English countryside, a bottle of Norfolk Cordial is a chef d'oeuvre where ethical workmanship, local provenance and fresh ingredients come together to make a sophisticated drink for the discerning adult palate. Working with Norfolk farmers ensures that the ingredients we source are as local, and thus as fresh as possible, and that they capture something of the Norfolk sea air. We make the drinks in small batches and pick the fruits and flowers by hand, in season, to guarantee the high quality of our products. To further verify that Norfolk Cordial tastes better than anything else on the market, we now grow our own red gooseberries for the Red Gooseberry and Elderflower Cordial. Not only the fruits and flowers we harvest, but all our main ingredients come from Norfolk. The sugar beet we watch being harvested each autumn in the Norfolk fields contributes to the British sugar, which we use in our drinks.
