Norman Bobrow
Prior to joining Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., Joshua managed the merchandising in the Entertainment Marketing department at NBC Universal where he focused on multi-million dollar clients such as Verizon and L'Oreal. Additionally, Joshua worked for a New Jersey based real estate firm, Segbro Companies, where he negotiated the purchase of shopping centers, commercial buildings, and business parks throughout the country. Since joining the top team at Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., as Director of Commercial Leasing & Investment Sales Mr. Berger has represented firms in the fields of advertising, non-profit, architecture, law, jewelry, and ?fashion amongst others. Some of Mr. Berger's clients include: Elie Tahari, Hanky Panky, Necessary Objects, MMG Mardiks Worldwide, Native Intimates, EM Productions, Holtzman Moss Botino Architecture, The Center for Social Inclusion, and Togut, Segal & Segal. Joshua is involved in all aspects of every transaction, from strategic planning, market research, evaluation/implementation and financial analysis. Mr. Berger stresses accuracy, attention to detail and an unparalleled level of professionalism that has enabled him to successfully represent his clients time and again. Most recently Joshua and his team completed the sale of 510 Fifth Avenue to Vornado for $56 MM, and a 15-year renewal for Elie Tahari at 11 West 42nd Street. In 2010, Mr. Berger became the youngest broker in the company's 28 year history to receive the Broker of the Year Award for the Most Transactions Completed in one year. Mr. Berger received his Bachelor's of Science in Marketing/Business Administration from SSSB at Yeshiva University.
