Employee-owned and operated, NORPAC was established in 1972, and quickly developed a reputation for providing in-depth expertise and outstanding customer service to our growing list of customers ranging from forestry & mining, to biotechnology. Our dedication to service excellence was formalized in 1992 by implementing Total Customer Commitment, an award-winning process that is thoroughly embraced throughout every layer of our organization. With Total Customer Commitment, team members are equipped with the customer service tools to get the job done right the first time. In 2010, NORPAC joined forces with Spartan Controls. The two companies complement each other well; both share strong cultures for exceptional customer service, as well as being Emerson-exclusive representatives. Spartan and NORPAC cover all of BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
