North Atlantic Minerals Ltd (NAML) is a UK-based private limited company (reg. no. SC423859) and wholly owned subsidiary of Glasmin Resources (UK) Ltd, which collaborates extensively with world metal trader Traxys. NAML identifies mineral potential in countries bordering the North Atlantic ocean, with focus on geological correlations across the dispersed segments of the land masses, such as the North Atlantic Craton and the Caledonides. The company considers large parts of Scandinavia to be underexplored, and the region is highly attractive in terms of political stability, exploration-friendly government, and excellent infrastructure. NAML's immediate objective is the development of the 5.55Mt Hersjø deposit and assessment of previously explored copper-zinc VMS deposits in the Røros district in the county of Sør-Trøndelag in Central Norway.
