Conveniently located on a quiet residential cul - de - sac, Northbrook Heights has provided care and services to the elderly and disabled of Cayuga County and beyond since 1974. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health as an Adult Care Facility and an Assisted Living Program. Unlike many of its competitors Northbrook Heights is locally owned and operated. Unlike many of our competitors, a resident is not forced to move out of the facility once their personal financial resources are exhausted. Northbrook Heights accepts the New York State Congregate Level - 3 reimbursement rates for Medicaid eligible residents. Northbrook Heights provides two levels of care; Adult Care and Assisted Living. This allows residents to age in place, without having to move out of the community to which they have become accustomed and developed friendships when their needs change.
