An eligible member owns one or more policies with Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York, Acacia Life Insurance Company and The Union Central Life Insurance Company. Members are entitled to vote in the election of the mutual holding company directors and to vote on other extraordinary business matters presented to them.
