Northeast Civil Solutions, Inc. (NCS) was established in 1992 and has steadily grown to become one of the preeminent engineering and surveying firms in northern New England. Located in Scarborough, Maine, our firm offers a full range of site/civil engineering, traffic engineering and land surveying services as well as wetlands and soils science, GPS / GIS consulting, land planning and federal and state permitting. NCS is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and is professionally licensed and insured. Our firm has completed projects throughout New England, including work for the federal and state governments, municipalities and various industrial, commercial and private clients.
