At Northern Bl°c our ice creams are 100% natural. We take great care in responsibly sourcing the best natural ingredients for our ice creams and sorbets. You won't find any additives, colourings or artificial flavourings in our ice creams. All our products are GLUTEN FREE & suitable for VEGETARIANS. Our sorbets are suitable for VEGANS. Our milk comes direct from a local farmer every day and it's made into ice cream within 12 hours. Our ice cream is made using a unique and modern recipe developed by our chef over ten years. It means our ice cream is super smooth with no icy bits. It's also ready to eat and great for scooping straight from the freezer. If you haven't already finished it on your way home and your ice cream makes it to your home freezer, make sure you look after it! Ice cream is best stored AT -18°C and no colder.
