Northern Machining is a "machine shop", a manufacturing company located in Norfolk, New York just 30 miles from the Canadian Border. Founded in 1986, Northern Machining employs a workforce of 10 in a 7000 square foot facility which includes a loading dock and 5 ton crane. We specialize in Computer Numerical Control or, CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Super Finishing, Welding and Fabrication, Grinding, Inspecting, Multi-Tasking Machining, Contract Manufacturing and Engineering. Northern Machining continually strives to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. Our skilled technicians typically work a steady eight hour shift, but when our workload is high, or deadlines need to be met, we work a second shift to meet our client's needs and demand. Since day one Northern Machining has always put an emphasis on quality. Over the years this commitment to excellence has been vital to our success and long term relationships with our clients. To ensure we provide the highest level of service and a superior product, a shop foreman is appointed to inspect the craftsmanship of all the work being done in the manufacturing process. We not only can meet virtually any machining demand, but Northern Machining also has the capability to fabricate weldments, and can supply CAD drawings for various engineering projects. To expedite turnaround times in the manufacturing market we have invested in multiple CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills, and have Multi-Tasking capabilities for reduced cost and accuracy.
