NOVIBRA is the leader in spindle technology and the only 100% in-house spindle maker, the biggest exporter of spindles worldwide. Company was founded in 1920 in Stuttgart, Germany and in 1992 transferred to Boskovice, Czech Republic. In 2001 Novibra became member of Rieter Group. Revolutionary HPS design of spindles introduced in 1988 changed classical ring spinning and opened new prospects for spinning at speeds of up to 25 000 RPM. Till now this design has maintained its unbeatable position and has become a synonym for high speed spindle design. A wide range of spindles has been developed to provide optimal answers to both the economic and quality requirements of yarn producers and spinning machine manufacturers worldwide. Leading position of Novibra spindles is based on patented design of spindle insert. Beside complete spindles, Novibra supplies also individual inserts and thus also other spindle brands are equipped with Novibra technology. Almost all renowned manufacturers of ring spinning machines specify NOVIBRA spindles for high performance. Further development of HPS brought further improvement and diversification of our portfolio: NASA HPS reduces noise as well as vibration level and became standard for speeds of 20 000 - 25 000 RPM. Energy saving versions HPS/3 and NASA/3 significantly reduce energy consumption.
