North Queensland Land Council

The NQLC provides high quality native title services to traditional owner groupings throughout the North Queensland region. We have a number of native title claims under negotiation before the Federal Court, as well as a number of new claims under construction. A significant part of our work is negotiating native title agreements, many of which arise from our Future Act function as well as ILUAs associated with Consent Native Title Determinations.
