North Shore Community Health

North Shore Community Health, Inc. provides excellence in comprehensive, accessible, and affordable primary care to residents of the North Shore, Cape Ann, and surrounding areas fostering health equity one community, family and individual at a time. NSCHI employs board certified Family Practice Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. The health center also provides OB/GYN and Midwifery care, dental and behavioral health services. Patients visit four sites: the Salem Family Health Center, the school-based clinic in Salem High School, the Gloucester Family Health Center and the Peabody Family Health Center.
