NTVI Federal, Inc. and other subsidiaries (see chart below) were established in 2005 to meet increasing customer requests for our services. NTVI Federal, Inc.'s mission is to secure and successfully perform best value contracts in order to provide meaningful benefits for our Alaska Native Corporation shareholders. NTVI Federal, Inc. is led by a Board of Directors who set policy and oversee the general management and operation of the subsidiaries. Three of the four directors are shareholders, and we strategically select external directors tohelp maintain our dual focus of business growth and shareholder benefits. NTVI Federal, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baan O Yeel Kon Corporation and a holding company of Northern Taiga Ventures, Inc., NTVI Enterprises, LLC, NTVI FED, LLC, NTVI Staffing, LLC, and NTVI Communications, Inc. NTVI Enterprises, LLC, NTVI Communications, Inc., and NTVI FED, LLC, are Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) 8(a) SDBs.
