Number People

Number People have a usage policy in place, which helps us to maintain our low cost, high quality service delivery. Our usage policy means that if your telephone number is not topped up within an initial 90 day period, or if during any 90 day period your telephone number does not receive any connected call traffic, then we will deem this number to be inactive and remove the telephone number from the account. As long as your telephone number receives activity within any given 90 day period then our systems will deem it to be active. Activity is defined as either a topup or connected calls to the number concerned. If your account is inactive for a 6 month period then we will deem the account itself to be inactive and cancel the account including any call credit.
