Axys Nutrition Products Pvt. Ltd. was founded on a single underlying principle - the optimal use of science and nutrition to improve quality of life. Nutrition is the foundation of good health, and any compromise in the quality of nutrition that an individual receives is clearly evident in their physical state. Improper nutrition, whether it is due to insufficient or excessive consumption, is the largest cause of disease globally. The insufficient consumption of nutrients commonly associated with the term malnutrition, affects close to 1 billion individuals globally, mostly in the developing world. However, the excessive consumption of foods is equally harmful, with developed countries experiencing a dramatic rise in lifestyle diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease, which are clearly associated with improper diets. At one end of the spectrum, inadequate intake of basic nutrients compromises the basic foundation of one's health, leading to under development, poor health and lifelong ailments. The insufficient intake of nutrients, especially at a young age, has a tremendous impact on the health as well as the earning potential of an individual. The incidence of diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and various cancers are also on the rise, which in addition to genetic factors, have been irrefutably linked to improper nutrition. Axys Nutrition aims to provide novel products and solutions to prevent, manage and treat various disease states by addressing their root cause - a compromise in the quality of nutrition.
