NuWeld Inc. was formerly known as T & M Welding and changed its name to NuWeld Inc. in September 1997. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. On May 18, 2016, NuWeld Inc., along with an affiliate, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
