NWM is a Portland, Oregon based consulting firm that provides commercial and residential draw inspection, loan monitoring, project review, real estate due diligence, owners representation and general consulting services for lenders and property owners throughout the Western United States. It is our goal to provide front end project insight and construction progress oversight to mitigate our client's financial exposure. We are able to do this by relying on our years of construction management & project inspection experience.
