North Wales Training is committed to reducing unemployment and successfully moving people into work. We do this through a number of employment schemes one of which is the Work Programme which we deliver on behalf of Rehab Jobfit in the Deeside area. The Work Programme brings together many of the best features of previous back to work programmes and allows us to use some new approaches to encourage customers into employment.
