New York Restoration Project

NEW YORK RESTORATION PROJECT (NYRP) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to transforming open space in underserved communities to create a more sustainable New York City. Since our founding in 1995 by Bette Midler, NYRP has planted trees, renovated gardens, restored parks, and activated public spaces throughout the five boroughs. As New York's only citywide conservancy, we bring resources to public spaces that need support, creating a healthier environment for those who live in the most densely populated and least green neighborhoods.
