At Oak Bay Bikes we love any and every bicycle! And we love to share the love! Since every bike is unique, every repair is unique: Each bike that comes through our door is given an inspection by a qualified service writer to make sure it gets the right type of TLC it needs. This is why we have a range on some of our shop pricing. Appointments are not necessary, but if you have an upcoming event or race please book it in with us a few weeks in advance to give it the love it deserves before your big day. Our Bicycle Repair Shop is one of the most experienced shops on the island. Our professional mechanics' experience sums up to over 70 years (on shift per day) and we have Bosch and BionX certified repair staff providing excellent E-bike service. Oak Bay Bikes is proud to have a 2-3 day turn around on all bicycle repairs and tune-ups. This of course is dependent upon special circumstances and the time of year, but we will do our utmost to honour this commitment to our customers. After all, bikes are an important part of our life, so we understand how important they are to you. We also offer pick-up and drop-off service in case you don't want to leave the house or your work schedule doesn't allow to bring your bike in for a tune.
