We take a hands-on approach to managing all of our properties. Briarwood Apartments in Windham, CT is where it all began for us in 2009. Since then, we have added Pond View Apartments in 2011, where we elevated a deteriorating property to remarkable heights. Pond View Apartments was transformed to a place where families feel safe and comfortable. Our high occupancy rating since 2013 provides our team with the pride we all strive so hard for everyday to give our tenants; current, past and future. The Meadows of Montville, located in Uncasville, CT, became a part of our expanding family in late 2013. Our dedicated staff is efficient and friendly and our many positive changes have left our tenants feeling happy and content in their homes.
