Since 2016, OBT has operated its TechSTART program as part of the "Innovation Lab," a collaborative effort between local non-profits, educational institutions, and Industry City to connect people to training, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities at Industry City. The TechSTART program teaches young adults ages 17-24 how to code and design websites, preparing them for a career in technology.
