Orange County Transportation Authority

Established in 1991 and located in Orange, California, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is responsible for planning, funding and implementing transit and capital projects throughout the Orange County region. OCTA works on projects including freeways, express lanes, bus and rail transit, ride-share, commuter rail, and active transportation.
