Ocuto Blacktop & Paving Co. Inc. of Rome New York specializes in the construction and installation of road paving materials and aggregates. Including but not limited to: Complete site development & layout, installation of subbase, construction of roadway/parking areas, surface scarification and miling, parking and roadway repair, sewer/storm/ water, concrete/curbing/sidewalks, asphalt maintenance, crack sealing. We also perform hazardous waste removal and contaminated soil remediation. Our sister company, Alliance Paving Materials, Inc. is the only independently owned and oprated supplier of road paving materials and aggregates in Oneida and Madison counties. Alliance operates two mining facilities in the Town of Lee and a bituminous concrete facility in the City of Rome.
