O'Dell
The O'Dell Corporation provides America with quality mops and other cleaning supplies. But we are so much more than that. It all started in 1945 when founder William O'Dell returned home to South Carolina after World War II. He began hand-making cotton deck mops for his family's local grocery store and then sold them door-to-door. Then, the O'Dell Corporation was born. Today, the O'Dell Corporation still remains in the family and is owned by two of O'Dell's grandchildren, William B. O'Dell and Michelle Harrison, and John Stroud. Although O'Dell still sells the quality deck mops that made us into what we are today, we also create many other performance-driven cleaning products such as brooms, squeegees, dust-mops, buckets and brushes. You can find us still making mops, with our 125 employees, at our two facilities in South Carolina, which encompass a combined 250,000 square feet. O'Dell is currently the largest privately owned manufacturer of janitorial products in the United States. O'Dell's Southern manners and our ability to put the customer first sets us apart. We bend over backwards to make sure that all of your needs are met. For example, if you don't see a mop with the features you need, we will try to make a customized one specifically for you. The O'Dell Corporation's humble history, family values, and dedication to quality and innovation have kept us going for more than 60 years. And that is a tradition that we will carry into the future.
