In 1980, he ventured into rice wholesale business and later expanded his business as Packing and Wholesale of Rice in 1983 at Mergong II Industrial Area, Alor Setar. OEL Realty Holdings Sdn Bhd is established in 1996 at Alor Setar, Kedah. OEL have nine (9) subsidiary companies customized on packing and wholesale of rice and rice by-products and one (1) rice mill.
