Ogden Athletic Club

The Club offers over 70 aerobics classes per week. We have over 20 instructors on our team who are all nationally certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), ACE (Aerobics Council on Exercise) and /or USWFA (United States Water Fitness Association). All instructors are CPR certified and train on a continuous basis to teach the most effective, safe and fun classes possible for our members. We have a reputation for offering excellent aerobic classes and perform ongoing training sessions to maintain this image.
