The Kaman & Cusimano

The Kaman & Cusimano, LLC attorneys and staff dedicate extraordinary amounts of volunteer time and resources to protecting the legislative interests of Ohio's community associations. In particular, our attorneys work with and serve on the Ohio Community Association Institute's Legislative Action Committee. This includes recent work on the proposed "super lien" legislation and the recently enacted Planned Community Act. We believe that strong laws help to make strong communities, and as community association laws and regulations impact many of Ohio's citizens, we strive for bipartisan support to help guide, shape, and enact Ohio condominium and homeowner association law.
