OK Auction has been bringing buyers and sellers together in Western Colorado since 1952. We are a full time professional auction company. OK Auction is a family operation owned by Ken and Matt Kincaide along with their wives, Janie and Molly. Ken and Matt have been involved in both livestock and farm equipment auctions. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Farm & Ranch Management from Colorado State University. He is also graduate of The Western College of Auctioneering, Continental Auctioneers School of Real Estate, and Continental Auctioneers School of Appraisal. Matt worked with Five States Livestock Auction in Clayton, New Mexico, and Monte Vista Livestock Commission Company in Monte Vista, Colorado. Matt is also a Certified Appraiser through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Molly has a degree in business. OK Auction is a member of both the National Auctioneers Association and the Colorado Auctioneers Association. We operate on-site auctions with access to indoor facilities when they are needed. We maintain an experienced auction staff who have become the OK Auction family. There is no "one size fits all" approach to the auction business. We offer a wide range of services to fit your needs.
