Okean Yachts

Okean Yachts is a Brazilian Yacht manufacturer with several models under their portfolio. The Okean 50X is one of their latest models and is their explorer version to the Okean 50 Flybridge motor yacht. This variant made its debut at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). Despite being a small yacht it can carry a small tender and PWC on its aft main deck to support its extended cruising. The Bulwarks of the aft main deck can fold down not only to create extra deck space (14.7 to 20.7-feet) but have even clearer sight-lines of the surroundings. The 50X deck is finished in teak to give that premium look and feel. With the superstructure placed further forward than usual it allows for more open space at the back for the tenders and for guest entertainment when the tenders are in the water. In the option that an owner might choose to store their tender on the aft main deck a davit is included to handle that. The overall length of the Okean 50X is 15.12-meters with a beam of 6.30-meters (if you include the balconies folded down). The large and extremely open salon and aft-facing galley area provide guests a feeling of being one with nature while onboard. Salon amenities include a large L-shaped sofa that extends up towards the lower helm station, a dining table, and a retractable flat screen television. The standard option is a 3-stateroom layout with two full heads, including a full beam master with ensuite head. A capacity for 1,800 LTs of fuel can be stored onboard and 700 LT for fresh water. It is a fast explorer concept and top speed is as high as 26-knots using Volvo Penta power.
